I have really gotten into watching the UFC a lot lately.  So much that I am actually thinking about taking some Mixed Martial Arts classes. I just watched Jackson vs Griffin this morning.  Well, at least the first round on YouTube. Yes, I am a cheap ass and I didn’t want to spend the money on the Pay Per View rental.

All, I have to say is that from what I saw in the first round, Rampage Jackson did pretty well.  I am a huge Rampage fan though so I may be a bit biased.  I was really hoping that the fight didn’t go to decision since I think that Griffin is the favorite and would win the judges over.  You win some, you loose some.  I am off to see if I can find the rest of the fight.

I smell a re-match and dollar signs for the UFC.

I finally decided to start writing a blog. Yes, I know, basically everyone has a freaking blog now. Anyway, I figured that I needed to get my word out. For whatever it’s worth.

In celebration of creating my new blog I wanted to make mine special. Of course, me being a “designer” I wanted to create my very own WordPress Theme. It was a really good experience for me. I learned a lot dissecting the ins and outs of WordPress. I did scour the web to see what kind of tutorials I could find. That is usually my first step of conquering something new. I found one tutorial that was amazing and was by far the best tutorial out there.

I have also decided to post my WordPress Theme just in case anyone was interested in using it or modifying it to suit their needs. It’s a pretty basic design and is basic in CSS formatting as well. Enjoy.
